Background Information: In July 2019, at a meeting of the Planning and Transport Scrutiny Committee, it was recommend by the Committee and approved by the Executive Councillor for Transport and Community Safety to agree the wording of a final joint response and/or any individual response through an out of cycle decision, in consultation with Chair and Spokes.
