Background Information: The Council has been recording the number of complaints and compliments received by each department and what action we take to deal with the issues raised, for a number of years. Each year we publish a report giving an overview of our performance. This is recognised as good practice. This year, officers have reviewed the efficiency and effectiveness of the third stage of the process and will make recommendations for streamlining the process from April 2020.
