Background Information: The S106 (Streets & Open Spaces) report to Environment and Community Scrutiny Committee in March 2019 set out the arrangements and selection criteria for the 2019 S106 funding round. Applications were invited from late March to the end of April 2019. The process included plans for reporting back to scrutiny committee in June.
