Background Information: The CPCA has responsibility for preparing a Non-statutory Strategic Spatial Framework. It is anticipated that a discussion document, setting out the key issues, challenges and options which the CPCA thinks should be addressed in the NSSF phase 2 will be published for consultation in June 2019. The Shared Planning Service will provide a response to this consultation.
