Background Information: As part of the preparation of the wider Public Art Strategy, a Commissioning Strategy for the City will be produced, which will provide evidence of community needs and projects where off site public art contributions can mitigate the impact of development. The Commissioning Strategy will also provide an evidence base for future capital projects and will include regeneration initiatives and improvements being put forward by the City Council, South Cambridgeshire District Council, County Council and others such as public realm improvements like the Market Square.
