Background Information: The Greater Cambridge Sustainable Design and Construction SPD will provide guidance on the implementation of policies related to climate change and sustainable design and construction within the 2018 Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire Local Plans in order to support the Greater Cambridge growth agenda and delivery of sustainable development. Approval of the draft SPD is sought in order that the document can be made available for a six week period of public consultation, which will start after the 2019 local elections.
