Background Information: The first Issues and Options consultation for this large brownfield site was carried out in 2014/15. Comments were received and taken into account in preparing this second Issues and Options report. Additionally, the Local Plans for Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire have been adopted and the new Cambridge North Station has opened. A Housing Infrastructure Funding Bid has been submitted to facilitate the relocation of the Water Recycling Centre, and further consideration needs to be given to whether to include the Cambridge Science Park within the AAP area.
