Background Information: Changes to the Council's Policy were approved at Environment and Community Scrutiny Committee on 4 October 2018. Consultation on the potential impacts of these changes on people in Cambridge has subsequently been carried out. Residents, staff, members of the Equalities Panel, and voluntary and community groups supporting particular equalities groups have been consulted.
