Background Information: The PSPO is due to expire on 31 May 2019. It was made and came into force on 1 June 2015 to run for a trial period of 1 year. Following the successful trial, it was extended for a further 3 years. The legislation allows for the PSPO to be extended to prevent the original activity from occurring or recurring.
