Background Information: The day centre lease to the County Council has recently been handed back to the City Council as it was no longer being used as a day centre by the County Council. As part of the redevelopment of Ditchburn Place it was looked at the possibility to convert this space to extra flats in addition to what was already planned. Plans have been drawn up for 2 self contained 1 bedroom flats.
