Background Information: The purpose of this report is to undertake the annual review of the Council Tax Reduction Scheme and to decide whether the Scheme should be revised, replaced or continued for the financial year 2019-2020. Additionally, to consider proposals to increase the amount of Council Tax that can be charged on properties that have been empty for more than two years.
