Background Information: One of the checks to determine if a licence holder is fit and proper is a DBS check. In order to streamline processes and ensure consistency, it would be beneficial to drivers and the Council if all drivers were subscribed to the Update Service. This allows an instant check to take place as part of the application process and for information to be readily shared if/ where necessary by the Police.
