Background Information: The demand for housing in Cambridge is high placing additional pressure on the private rented sector. It is vital therefore that CCC focuses on sustaining the quality of accommodation within the private rented sector and that property professionals are provided with relevant information regarding accepted standards to assist with regards to ensuring the provision of such accommodation within the City.
