Background Information: The Council, working with local stakeholders has prepared the SPD to help guide the development of the area, promoting a number of key strategies for change. The consultation on the Draft SPD took place between 25 September 2017 and 6 November 2017. The report will analyse the representations received and recommend amendments for the final version of the Supplementary Planning Document.
