Background Information: With the proposed introduction of extended HMO Licensing Scheme increased enforcement will be required to meet our statutory duties and make further improvements to housing standards in the private sector. Therefore it is proposed to move resources from a non-statutory scheme to increased enforcement within the Residential Team.
