Background Information: A Streets and Open Spaces service review was commissioned in 2016. This report sets out the key findings of that review and proposes a future service vision and supporting development strategy for the period, 2017-2020. A follow up report, to be presented to a future Scrutiny Committee, will detail the proposed service changes, in accordance with the strategy, for implementation, 2018-2019.
