Background Information: The S106 report to South Area Committee on 24 April 2017 included an explanation of why two project proposals originally prioritised in December 2015 (Accordia junior fit kit and multi-purpose community meeting space at St Paul's Primary School) were no longer in a position to go ahead. As the Committee's decision-making on S106 matters in April focussed on 2016/17 S106 funding round priorities, the de-allocation recommendation was not explicitly addressed. This follow-up item in June 2017 aims simply to address this 'loose end'.
