Background Information: This report has been planned as part of the arrangements for the 2016/17 S106 priority-setting round for generic S106 contributions (agreed in last October). In June 2016, it was also agreed that there should be a report back in early 2016 to review the progress made by the end of 2016 in relation to four previously prioritised projects which have been delayed: community meeting spaces at Milton Road Library and East Barnwell Community Centre and changing room facilities (for community/club access to sports facilities) at King's College School and Cambridge Rugby Club.
