Background Information: The Cambridgeshire Flooding and Water SPD has been produced by Cambridgeshire County Council, in partnership with the city and district Councils, in their role as Lead Local Flood Authority. It provides detailed guidance to support the implementation of flood and water related policies in each of the Cambridgeshire local planning authoritys' local plans. Following public consultation between September and October 2015, this committee report seeks agreement of the responses to the consultation and consequential amendments to the SPD, and that the SPD be carried forward for adoption at the same time as the Local Plan.
