Background Information: The Greater Cambridge City Deal Executive Board and Assembly Standing Orders were approved by Full Council in December 2014. This report, being taken through South Cambridgeshire District Council and Cambridgeshire County Council too proposes amendments to the provisions regarding public questions to improve the quality of answers and the effectiveness of those meetings.
