Background Information: Dog Control Orders automatically convert to Public Spaces Protection Orders in October 2017. The current orders require review and new areas considered. Officers seek authorisation to publicise the proposed PSPOs and to carry out consultation as required by the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
