Background Information: Decision deferred from April committee: The WCAC Committee resolved to proceed or reallocate the funding to other potential projects giving opportunity for residents to feed information into WCAC for deliberation. Information - £20,000 from EIP was agreed for the Pavilion at Lammas Land but it has been found the funding would make a greater difference if used on the Kiosk, therefore transferal of the money is suggested.
