Background Information: The Council consulted with the public on a Public Spaces Protection Order in February. There was a large number of responses and a wide range of commentaries from the public and interested parties which required in-depth analysis to allow officers to make appropriate recommendations. The analysis is presented with recommendations for the Executive Councillor to consider.
