Background Information: The Community Services Scrutiny Committee received a stock-taking report on the interim approach to S106 contributions in March 2016, focussed primarily on issues relating to the City Centre and Public Places portfolio. This follow-up report now considers the scope for specific contributions relating to the Communities portfolio in the light of the recent audits of indoor sports facilities and playing pitches.
