Background Information: Following public consultation, the city council is exploring the potential to re-develop the Park Street Car Park for future residential use and replacement car parking. The guidance to be presented for approval will set out the key parameters of scale, built form, connectivity and respect for heritage assets, amongst others. The guidance will act as informal, supporting information for the development of any future proposals for this site.
