Background Information: The council consulted on a draft Development Framework Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) between July and September 2015 and received several representations on the document. This report sets out the content of those representations along with draft responses to same for the consideration of the Executive Councillor. The SPD cannot be adopted until such time as the new Cambridge Local Plan is adopted.
