Background Information: The Cambridge Local Plan 2014: Proposed Submission allocates the council's Mill Road depot as a housing allocation for the development of approximately 167 dwellings. The purpose of brief is to help guide the future re-development of the site. East Area Committee will receive a brief update of the current work and results of public consultation undertaken to date in advance of the full draft brief being agreed by the Executive Councillor for Planning Policy and Transport for the purposes of public consultation.
