Background Information: This meeting of the Scrutiny Committee will examine, and where appropriate, comment on, amendments being proposed to the Budget Setting Report. The comments, along with the amendments, will feed through to the Council's budget meeting on 25 February 2016. The Executive is entitled to change its budget recommendations in the light of discussions at the Scrutiny Committee.
