Background Information: This report features a review of the council's interim approach to identifying up to five new S106 contributions for specific projects in the context of S106 pooling constraints, which came into force in April 2015. It also takes stock of the 2015/16 priority-setting round (and the emerging implementation programme) and the latest availability of generic, off-site S106 contributions which, generally, are tapering off and running down.
