Background Information: The report sets out a review of evidence that punt touting in Cambridge City has been detrimental to the local community’s quality of life and to ask for approval in principle to make a public spaces protection order prohibiting punt touting in certain areas of the city. The evidence suggests that the conditions for making such an order are present.
