Background Information: Currently all Licensed Vehicles are tested twice a year by the City Council's Garage, located at Mill Road Depot. In light of the relocation of the Garage to Waterbeach, there is a need to review in consultation with the Taxi Trade where Licensed Vehicle testing should be undertaken.
