Background Information: Ridgeon's have been preparing a draft planning and development brief for a site known as site R12 in the Cambridge Local Plan - Draft Submission (2014) which has included public consultation and joint working with the City Council. The results of this work so far will be shared with the Area Committee prior to the Executive Councillor for Planning Policy and Transport being asked to agree the document for the purposes of formal public consultation.
