Background Information: The council has previously collected off-site S106 contributions for generic infrastructure types in order to mitigate the impact of development on local communities. West/Central Area Committee has decision-making powers over the use of S106 contributions arising from developments in West/Central Area. This is the fourth S106 priority-setting round.
