Background Information: In 2014, the City Council invested in 2 full time officers to provide support for individuals whose tenancy was at risk due to problems associated with their mental health. This service aimed to work in conjunction with other agencies to ensure a co-ordinated approach to tenancy sustainment and to raise awareness of Mental Health amongst staff and improve access to health and related support services for tenants. The report will highlight the outcomes of the service in the first year.
