Allocation of Minor Highway Improvement Budget for 2015/16

The Cambridge Joint Area Committee has already agreed to minor highway improvement projects for 2015/16. Rather than wait until its next meeting in July 2015, it is preferred to get agreement to the allocation of this capital budget now so that the projects can commence.
