Background Information: A report asking the Executive Councillor to approve in principle the proposal to make a public space protection order following consultation was taken to S&R in February. Depending on the decision of the Executive Cllr. in February and the outcomes of the proposed consultation a further report asking the Executive Cllr. to approve the order will be submitted in March.
