Licence to Grant the Temporary Use of Part of Parker’s Piece to Facilitate the Demolition and Rebuild of the University Arms Hotel

To facilitate the redevelopment of the University Arms Hotel the developer (Melford Capital) has asked to use a small section of Parker’s Piece (2% of its total area) as a site compound for a 2 year duration.
