To pass a resolution to change the designation of St Andrews St from a prohibited street to consent street in accordance with the requirements set out in Schedule 4 to the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982.

Background Information: The Council has granted a Street Trading consent in St Andrew St since 2007. Following detailed research it has been unable to evidence that the formal designation process that began in 1997 was completed. Therefore it is seeking to regularise this situation through repeating the designation process for St Andrew St.
