Background Information: The purpose of this document is to clearly set out the Council’s approach, policies and procedures in respect of the use of planning obligations. It will clarify the relationship between planning obligations and the Community Infrastructure Levy. The SPD once adopted will support Policy 85 - Infrastructure Delivery, Planning Obligations and the Community Infrastructure Levy of the Cambridge Local Plan 2014.
