Background Information: This decision will grant permission for the Council to apply to the Secretary of State to make a compulsory purchase order in relation to three long term vacant dwellings. These properties have been identified following an unsuccessful period of working with the owner to bring the properties back into use and will provide a qualitative and quantitative housing gain.
