Background Information: Approximately 2,000 properties have a second green waste bin. It is proposed to charge £30 per annum for this collection service. Residents who need more than one green bin, will have the option to purchase a garden composter, pay for the second bin collection service or cancel their second bin and dispose of garden waste through the county run Recycling Centres.
