Background Information: This meeting of the Scrutiny Committee will examine, and where appropriate comment on, amendments being proposed to the Budget Setting Report. The comments, along with the amendments, will feed through to the Council’s budget meeting on 27 February 2014. The Executive is entitled to change its budget recommendations in the light of the discussions at the Scrutiny Committee.
