Background Information: Each billing authority must annually consider whether to revise or replace its council tax support scheme. The purpose of this report is to allow the Executive Councillor and Members of the Scrutiny Committee to consider whether to revise or replace the Council's Council Tax Support scheme or to continue with the current scheme.
