Background Information: Appropriately assessed infrastructure requirements are an essential part of the evidence base for both the Local Plan and Community Infrastructure Levy. This study ensures that the infrastructure requirements associated with new growth proposed through the Local Plan process, including in relation to high level prioritisation of projects, has been fully considered.
