Decision
The report set out the outcomes of the feasibility study conducted since
its approval in September 2023, considering both upward extension of existing
housing blocks and deep-retrofit of existing properties as a parallel approach
to regeneration.

business-as-usual maintenance and management consideration of these properties,
as it does with all council housing stock.
