Claim for damages for tree root subsidence: [Address removed]

Why the decision had to be made (and any alternative options):

Legal proceedings have been issued against the Council in respect of subsidence damage which is said to have occurred to [Address removed] from the late summer of 2011 onwards. 

 

 

Officer decision(s):

The Director of Environment instructs the Head of Legal Services to authorise the Council’s solicitors to make an offer to the claimant’s solicitors to settle the claim.
