The redevelopment of Mill Road Depot
requires that services are relocated by April 2017. An opportunity has arisen to rent an office
and warehouse property at 130 Cowley Road and it is
unlikely that another suitable property will become available in the
timescales that meets the Council’s requirements as well as this property. |
