The Committee
received an application for full planning permission.
The application
sought approval for erection of a
three storey building with rooftop plant to accommodate a new University
Technical College (use class D1) for 670 students aged 14-19 and 70 FTE staff,
with associated landscape works including new cycle parking, car parking and an

the site.

Insufficient mobility
issues with one lift in the building.
