Resolved (by 21 votes to 15 with 1 abstention and one non-vote) to:

i.                Begin operating the revised Leader and Cabinet form of governance from the start of the 2025/26 Municipal Year, subject to final approval of the Constitution at the Annual Council meeting on 22 May 2025.

ii.               Note that the Head of Paid Service will resource the Democratic Services Team accordingly.
