This report provides an
update on the programme to deliver 500 Council homes with funding from the
Combined Authority.

Considerations
The Committee received a report from the Head of Housing Development.
The Committee made the following comments in response to the report:
i.
There was usually a shortage of accessible homes so
they were pleased that 5% of houses would be accessible homes.
The Committee resolved by 5 votes to 0 to endorse the recommendations.
The Executive Councillor approved
the recommendations.
